Can anxiety be a sign of pregnancy?

I’ve be having some other signs of pregnancy and if I’m in I’d be going into my third week. But that last couple of nights I have been up all night with anxiety. and I’ve felt a little anxious during the day too. So I’m wondering if it could be another sign that I may be pregnant.

Alright, this morning i went to work and felt fine. I drank two bottles of water, but started feeling very faint afterward. I started loosing sight in one eye, and couldnt think coherently. I couldnt even form sentences. I had a terrible headache, and could hardly move. I continued to attempt to work but i couldnt even remember certain words. This has never, ever happened to me. I am under a great deal of stress because of my college finals, and sometimes get panic attacks. Though this is three weeks from my last period, and two and a half since I have last had sex. Is there a chance that this could be the first sign of pregnancy? I was reading that feeling faint may be the first sign and can appear two weeks after the pregnancy when I would actually convcieve the baby. But I thought perhaps this could possibly be something else. I feel as if the chances of me being pregnant is very slim, we used condoms and there were no rips or accidents, but I know this does not altogether prevent pregnancy. I still intend on testing as soon as possible, but Im not sure if it would do any good if i were this week, beacuse it is so far ahead of my period, which i have clearly not had the chance to miss. I would love some ideas on what could be wrong with me. Thank you!
