What a pregnancy weekly calendar and how does one use it? A pregnancy calendar is a pregnancy week by week record of the changes taking place in your body, plus the pregnancy symptoms. With the help of this calendar, you can get more information about the different stages of pregnancy and what happens in each stage. This awareness is helpful in the pregnancy term, as it protects you from unnecessary anxiety and fear and lets you enjoy your pregnancy in peace.

The care given after pregnancy is very important for any new mother. Women are usually advised to stay at home to let their body heal by itself. At home you will have your family and close relatives to take care of your needs. You are advised to stay at home for at least a period of six weeks after child birth. You should give this time to your body to recuperate and bounce back. Working mothers find it difficult to spare this time. So, it is necessary for them to plan their maternal leave keeping this time frame in mind.
Why is care given?

I have terrible anxiety during this pregnancy and it causes me to become fearful when I go to my doctors appointments. It drives up my blood pressure and pulse. I know this can’t be good for the baby. Anyone else suffer from this and how did you get over it???

I am pregnant and have been taking xanax to control panic attacks. My doctor has me limited to only during serious attacks (ie. one time I ended up in the ER). I average about 1mg per day as needed.
I know that there are potential risks to the baby, so far all ultrasounds and testing is coming out great, and my baby is prefectly measured and developing normally.
If you took xananx during your pregnancy, did you find any problems with your baby after it’s birth?

I received my last period for month of Aug but missed Sept. I am about 2-3Wks late. Im giving it a few Wks more before I take a home pregnancy test to make sure its not caused by stress or anxiety. Im feeling more fatigue, moodier, lower back aches, headaches & more carpal tunnel pain(I HATE IT) ! ! Im thinking it may be due to the sudden cold weather change. However, Im bloated, constipated, slight sudden sharp cramps only my left lower tummy in the mornings that last a few seconds & in the morning my body temp rises. I don’t get cramps & possibly darker nipples? To tough to tell, I don’t look at myself much. Could all these be early signs of pregnancy? Im thinking its too soon for THESE symptoms? Im 23 have never been pregnant or experienced close calls. My friends don’t have children so I cant ask them & my peers, I don’t want to worry them quiet yet. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.

I’m tryin to get pregnant, I ovulated last on 10/23. For about 4-5 days now I’ve been having CRAZY dreams, vivid all over the place but very real dreams. I’ve also been able to smell things my fiance cannot which is unusual. Ive had some bloating over the past 2 days and been very tired. I’ve also been crying alot, not usual for me. Seems like I just cant hold it in like I used to. HOWEVER…I also just came off my medication (10mg a day of Lexapro for the past 8 months or so) I’ve been taking it every other day for over a month now and spacing out the days even more untill I was weened completely (under instruction of my doctor) I was on it for anxiety, not depression and I have been totally off the meds for about a week and a half. I’m not due for my period for another 7 days (I’m very regular). My fiance have been debating getting an early result test but dont want ot waste the money before I even have a late period so I guess I’m just looking for your opinions…? Could it be pregnancy symptoms or just being off the medication?
