Question by Pink Cupcake: Panic Attacks During Pregnancy Help?
Hey. Any one who has been through this have any advice? I have severe anxiety, and I have a lot of panic attacks lately. the pregnancy is making me more hormonal. I am 6 months pregnant. and every day I stay home with my one year old daughter and baby sit for a new born, so I have lots of stress in my life right now. and i’m so tired all the time. I hate having panic attacks. I wish there was something I could do. my pychiatrist had put me on seroquel, but i don’t think it really helps that much, except just makes me more tired, which isn’t good for watching kids. is there anything else they could give me during pregnancy for anxiety that would be safe? thanks.
I went to my ob recently, and he told me that since i’m in my 2nd trimester now, xanax, or adovan would be safe to take now. he said i’m past the part of the pregnancy that they would cause any birth defects. anyone been on either one of these in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.

Question by a: Can Pregnancy help anxiety disorders?
have been diagnosed with general anxiety disorder and have been on meds. (lexapro) for a few years now. The meds. seemed to be helping me for a couple of year but I noticed when I first became pregnant with my daughter about 2 years ago that during my 2nd trimester and throughout my pregnancy my anxiety got better. By the end of my first pregnancy my neck tension and panic attacks totally disappeared (and I have anxiety pretty bad). When I was postpartum I noticed within a few days after giving birth my anxiety came back full force and slightly worse than before I had became pregnant.
Shortly after I had my daughter almost 3 months after I had her I became pregnant again with my son. I am recently still recovering from having him only a couple months ago and noticed as soon as I had him that my anxiety came back. When I was in the hospital recovering my anxiety reached its worse and now that its been a couple months later I noticed my neck tension coming back extremely bad and my anxiety has worsened. I went back on my lexapro after having quit it completely when I was pregnant with my son but it seems to not be helping at all…my psychiatrist prescribed me a muscle relaxer and it still doesn’t seem to be helping with my neck tension and even though I’ve uped the dosage of my lexapro my anxiety is still horrible…=(

A lot of instances it may perhaps not lead to any challenges since our bodies is a superb machine and out physique compensates for the gravity by strengthening the discs of our backbone. Undergoing standard inversion also can increase height by staying away from shrinkage of the backbone, improves circulation in the brain and upper entire body by means of the support of gravity, relieves anxiety due to enhanced circulation and heightens psychological alertness. A bit of assistance prior to undergoing inversion, check with your physician for a physique analysis. Inversion is definitely contraindicated to individuals with situations this sort of as glaucoma, hypertension, enhanced brain pressure and heart disorder and pregnancy. The inversion table performs on the pendulum theory and whatever stop the most excess fat is on is the stop that will tilt. The table is adjusted to the height of the individual and when he will get on the table, leaning back and raising and lowering the arms can command the volume and fee of inversion. There is a strap, or tether, that can manage the maximum inversion sought after. The simple fact that the inversion table is principally sought by people today who endure back again pain is not surprising. The lower in blood flow diminishes the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the area and also diminishes the release of waste from the spot. So the issue can preserve compounding itself. If a disc is ruptured or ballooning out producing ache, the ache can be excruciating.Working with the inversion table will allow the muscle tissues in the back again to have a mild stretch promoting improved circulation, makes it possible for the discs concerning the vertebra to have the strain introduced and move back again into a more standard position, and permits the spinal column to realign alone if a single of the vertebra has moved somewhat. Even when the back again ache is relieved, typical periods on the inversion table is highly recommended to preserve the back muscle tissue and spine from the deteriorating effects of gravity. The volume of inversion picked is absolutely individualized. Even normal short intervals of two-5 minutes of inversion time can promote the back again pain relief and rest. Some people want to invert a bit longer, up to fifteen minutes.People today with a background of specified conditions this kind of as great blood pressure, heart challenges, stroke or any other medical issue, such as pregnancy, that might be affected by improved stress while in inversion ought to test with their health care provider previous to using an inversion table.Inversion gives the wanted decompression into the backbone, there are lots of inversion tables and chairs to pick out from. But by examining inversion table reviews, composed by popular individuals, like you and I, you will uncover inversion therapy gains that your medical doctor may possibly have never advised you about. These are the testimonials from folks going through relief from spinal pain just after working with gravity inversion:
One more consumer of an inversion bench identified that his pinched nerve has been relieved of pain right after only four days of utilizing the inversion bench for just five minutes a day.A particular person with pinched nerves felt that soon after gravity inversion, his back again didn’t harm him as very much.

Well im going to start by saying i am the biggest hypercondriac you may ever meet?
I have also been under a lot of stress lately, my boyfriend who is my everything, just got locked up for 6 months. i feel totally lost w/o him! My parents and i barley get along.. my mother and i usually do, but not my father and i. We are constantly arguing, schools a stress factor for me too!
Well i thought i had a brain tumor because i had been twitching, in my head (it feels rather “unsteady” and moves “uncontrollably” at time.) twitchings in my arms, legs, feet, hands, this is usually in the morning, however happens anytime of the day. I get shakey, been getting headaches in weird places but not severe headaches, and not followed by nausea. these headaches are on top, sometimes, sides, and back of head, also some in neck, slightly. I been sleepy earlier then usual. Feeling “weird” unreal?, Seeing floaters, no double vision or blacking out! I do vomit when i get really stressed and if i cry to hard. I went to doc a while back and he sed i had a mild sinus infection. Had some ear “buzzing” like a vibration! This is why im scared its a brain tumor! Idk the symptoms, but that was my first thought, but like i said, ima hypercondriac!

first i had swollen breast, which i usually get swollen breast before my period but this time it just felt different. about a week later i started to feel nauseated, short of breath(kind of felt like anxiety), one day i had to leave work to change my panties because they were pretty wet of clear low odor discharge(sorry to sound so gross), light light headaches, lower back pain. one time i drank some water that kind of had a metallic taste which i read could be a sign of pregnancy. i was suppose to start my period around the 12th or 13th but did not, on the 15th i had light spotting in the morning, mostly light brown in color and then today on the 16th i wake up again with spotting but it is heavier than yesterday and sometimes it is red just like a regular period. could i be pregnant or could it all be in my head? my boyfriend had me take 2 test on the 11th but both were negative so he kind of thinks i am just exaggerating or even just stressing and it is resulting in my late period.

hi i was wondering the same thing… i think my body might be faking a pregnancy but its seems so real.. i even feel kicks.. if i am pregnant i would be about 6 months now but i only look like id be 3 or 4 maybe 5 weeks.. i pee all the time.. i get cravings but i had those before.. i can smell every
little thing.. sometimes even stuff across the room.. my bellies not flabby at all.. it basically feels like im carryin around a big water balloon.. iv tried my best to just relax and not think about it but when u feel random kicks through out the day when im not eve thinkin anything about pregnancy
im even more depressed, and my anxietys way worse.. iv actually almost had quite a few panic attacks the past few months but i kno how to talk my self out of them.. and now just since almost a week ago my back has been hurtin so bad its not even funny.. but iv tookin a couple home test and even had
blood test done after i started feelin the kicks.. they were all negative.. so i dont get it.. could a fake pregnancy cause all that??
i meant weeks not days.. and one more question to add.. if i had a ct skan done on my kidneys would it show if i was pregnant? or would the doctor notice if he wasn looking for it?
i meant that i look 3 maybe 4 or 5 MONTHS not weeks or days.. sorry.. i get my words off
