Please, I need advice from experienced mommies; is separation anxiety common in pregnancy?
I am about 19 and a half weeks pregnant, and this is just getting worse. I don’t want to go to peoples houses, and I especially don’t want to stay the night at other peoples homes away from my family (parents) which is weird because I have NEVER been this way. I just want to know if anyone else has been through this or experienced these symptoms. I tried to look it up, but all I could find was for after the baby is born. It is almost to the point where it is interfering with my life because I feel I can not go to any one else’s home. Thanks everyone
Is it possible to test a false positive on a pregnancy test just from sheer anxiety over being pregnant?
Can your mind trick your body into thinking it’s pregnant therefore testing positive falsely?
Anybody else suffer from panic attacks during pregnancy?
Not much else to add the question is clear. I keep having them on and off. Just wonder if anyone else during pregnancy is having them. Is it hormones? is it something else? How did you deal? Thanks.
Relief From Pregnancy Hot Flashes
Hot flashes don’t just affect women at the menopausal stage. If you are pregnant, you can also experience what are known as pregnancy hot flashes.
A hot flash is normally manifested by flushed sensations and sudden intense heat through the chest, neck, and face. This symptom may also be accompanied by perspiration, vertigo, heart palpitations, dizziness, nausea, anxiety, headaches, night sweats, and weakness. A hot flash can last up to four minutes. However in some extreme cases, it can last from twenty minutes to one hour.
There are two major reasons for pregnancy hot flashes:
Any other mom to be’s out there suffer from an anxiety disorder?
Its been getting so much worse in the past few days and today for the first time in months I had about 3 anxiety attacks in a row at the bank. I had to step outside because I got so hot, shaky and my heart wouldn’t quit beating so hard. I’m so tired of this. Obviously can’t take medication because I’m pregnant and I’m fine with that for my babies sake but my OB did put me on a low dose in order to keep me eating. (in the 2nd trimester I stopped eating due to HIGH depression and anxiety so she put me back on). I feel so weak and shaky all the time, I basically put myself on bed rest and watch tv all day til my husband comes home. I go to my moms til he gets off because I fear being alone especially since I’m 34 weeks pregnant. Please help. If you suffer from anxiety, how do you deal with your anxiety during pregnancy? Thanks so much.
Especially the physical symptoms, like weakness, shakiness, lack of appetite, etc etc. Thanks

I Just Had a Baby And Am Depressed: Do I Need Counseling? From Lake in the Hills and Huntley, IL
The normal baby blues can happen in the days right after childbirth and normally disappear within a few days to a week. As a new mother, you can routinely have mood swings, sadness, crying spells, loss of appetite, sleeping problems or feel irritable, restless, anxious and lonely.
Usually, these symptoms are not severe and treatment is not needed. However, there are things you can do to feel better. Nap when the baby does. Ask for help from your spouse, family members and friends. Join a support group of new moms or talk with other moms.
Stay Away From Depression in Your Pregnancy Period!
A mental disorder like depression is not only detrimental to the mental and physical health of the patient but also serves to be a dampener and a cause of major worry to the people around the patient. Depression contaminates the whole environment around the patient and this is one major reason why the sufferer finds the whole world around him very low on energy. He develops a pessimistic attitude towards the world around him and his surroundings only assume the shades of black and grey. All the colors fade away and life ceases to be enjoyable for him.
