Being pregnant is one of the most beautiful things, but not when you are suffering from panic and anxiety attacks. Suffering from anxiety and panic attacks is actually quite common for a lot of pregnant women. It is a very exciting time for a mother-to-be, however at the same time, it can be a time of uncertainties and wondering about what is to come. Fear and worry can also creep into a lot of women’s minds and spoil their journey and bonding with their unborn babies.

I know it sounds rediculous, but im craving a burger from burger king, and its 9:30, and i want it really bad, but its so late, and i cant lay down bc i feel like i need to go get it. I should have gotten it at 3 this afternoon but i put it off and figured i would forget about it! I dont need to eat it this late. This sounds crazy!

Can your mind trick your body into thinking it’s pregnant therefore testing positive falsely?

I have been on my medication for 4 years now. I tried to get off of them because my husband and I want a baby. I realized how important for my function it was to be on the medication. I am on Effexor now on the lowest dose and take it every other day. I am not too happy with the research that has been done. Does anyone have a better idea? Please help me!

Can anxiety be a sign of pregnancy?

I’ve be having some other signs of pregnancy and if I’m in I’d be going into my third week. But that last couple of nights I have been up all night with anxiety. and I’ve felt a little anxious during the day too. So I’m wondering if it could be another sign that I may be pregnant.

i have found that i can only handle a lesser amount of stressors (i.e., completing everyday household chores, familial controversy over financial problems, learning of various additional medical aspects of pregnancy, and caring for aging parents). does anyone know exactly what hormones are secreted during pregnancy, that may cause this increased anxiety? and, are there suppliments to combat these effects?
