Why was my question removed about anxiety during pregnancy?
I only asked it once and nothing in there was offensive.

Ive been having a lot of panic attacks lately. and I was wondering if this was a normal symptom of them. When im having a panic attack my legs or my shoulders get so heavy I feel like I cant move them. And even after the panic attack has subsided I still feel heaviness in them. It feels like there paralyzed. also im 22 weeks pregnant, could this be something i should be concerned about? it goes away after awhile but comes back when im feeling anxious or having a panic attack. i really need some reassurance!
Pregnancy is the most sensitive period for a woman. You carry the responsibility of another life within you. And this in itself is the primary cause of anxiety during pregnancy that is difficult to avoid.
You undergo many inevitable biological and psychological changes, but the eternal anxiety is the undercurrent of all such changes. Headache is one such ‘inevitable’ suffering for her. She suffers from severe headaches during pregnancy, as a matter of routine. In general terms and for the sake of understanding, you can as well say that headache is the side effect of pregnancy.
To put a long story short… I’m 20 weeks pregnant, keep having panic attacks and just want relief!
I’d like to know how to prevent them, but the problem with that is that I’m not sure what triggers them! They pretty much come out of no where. I don’t think I’ve met anyone else that has random panic attacks, is this common?
I’ve had anxiety/panic disorder for about five years, so it’s nothing new.
There are plenty of things that you need to keep in mind regarding pregnancy labor. If you are an expectant mother, you must be very anxious about labor and childbirth. It is okay to be curious, but anxiety kills the joy of pregnancy. The best way to turn your pregnancy into a good experience is keep a very positive bent of mind. Do not think about the physical pain – that is inevitable, and could be of varying degrees- if you are one of the lucky ones, you may go through a very less amount of labor. Instead, think about the reward – your baby, that the apple of your eye that you will be holding in your arms afterwards.
Being pregnant is a great time for most women. They are so excited to be on their way to giving birth to the child of their dreams and they are very happy to have their dreams finally come true. However some women have a hard time dealing with the stress of being pregnant and go through bouts of pregnancy depression during their term.
Many times a woman will feel like they are not as sexy as they once were when they are pregnant. They may not feel good about who they are and what they look like when they are pregnant. These feelings are normal and many go through them. It is usually something that goes away after a short amount of time. Many do not have to deal with pregnancy depression. However there are some that are not so fortunate.
