Anti anxiety medications that are safe for use during pregnancy?
Are there any people who know this first hand. Please don’t tell me therapy or herbal medication, I am aware of all of those things. I am just asking if anyone knows of any medications that are safe to take while pregnant. Thank you in advance!

Just so you know you can fight anxiety without pills.
I don’t think they are… but i wouldn’t trust me lol, just call up a doctor. But also, herbal medication doesn’t really work… so just call up a health center or something.
I’m not pregnant but every time I mention anxiety I always get told good ol fashion Vitamin B complex, its supposed to be better than anti-anxiety meds because it has no side effects really besides tinting your potty. They also recommend getting enough sleep and not having caffiene foods, because that can make it worse.
I also forgot to say that you should get the one that has vitamin C with it. Its supposed to help absorb better or something but I have anxiety and the B complex does help some.
Tylenol, Robitussin DM, Afrin, Vicks Sinex, Dristan, Chlor-Trimenton, Sudafed, nasal sprays, Gyne-Lotrimin, Monistat, Claritin, Tums, Maalox, Metamucil, Kaopectate, Imodium…
The above meds are for colds, allergies, yeast infections, etc. I don’t know of any medications safe for anxiety but below is a link…

well taking any kind of medication while pregnant is not a good idea they really don’t know what has an effect on the fetus. so the best thing to do is talk to your doctor to find out what is safe and what is not
I actually just asked my OB about this last month. He recommended vitamin B. As of now, there isn’t anything safe you can take for anxiety while pregnant or lactating. He told me that if ABSOLUTELY necessary that I could take 1/2 of a pill (I take Clonazepam) as long as I didn’t do it more than once per month, but that to be 100% safe that I shouldn’t take it at all.
Good luck.
Funny, you know, all the “medical professionals” that I been to over the years, alternate and mainstream, not one of them suggested your approach to the problem yet it is so simple!
TRY NOT TO TAKE PRESCRIPTIONS DURING PREGNANCY AND GET THE CHANGE TO CONTROL YOUR PROBLEM for the rest of your life.
