My OB has put me on light bed rest because I start spotting everytime I am on my feet longer than 3 or 4 hours a day, my BP is up and down all the time and I am losing an avg. 1 lb a week, but the baby is fine and growing like it should be. This is my second pregnancy, I had no problems like this with my first. I am only 18 wks. I don’t work, but I have a lot of extremely stressful things going on right now. How do others with this problem deal with it while pregnant?
My OB doesn’t like giving meds like that and my husband is my therapist because I can’t afford a real one! Plus I have a 2 year old.

I mean to say the mood swings and taking care of your baby especially when you and your husband have to look after everything all alone??
